Reframing

I learned this word "reframing" when I read one of e-zines called "Design Journal" issued by Praxcis Consultants.

This is a kind of a word technique to change the way of thinking positively. I don't know for sure but it seems one of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) method.

For example,
"It's a too difficult task for me" → "It's a challenging work for me!"

I wish I could say something like this reframing without being aware...

I found an interesting list of reframing. It seems a list for primary school teachers to write something positively on students' report cards.
