Personnel Changes

This morning I heard there would be personal changes in May which is related to Production Section. The factory I work for is one of foreign-affiliated companies, but there seems lots of personal changes in this spring like in ordinary Japanese companies.

My present boss gets to be a manager of production plan at Administration Section and the present manager supervising all of works at Admi Section (plan, human resources, etc) gets to be a manager of TB line at Production Section, it means my boss!

He is famous as a short-tempered person. I know he is clever, but I'm afraid of him from now. One of my friends who works in the same floor calls him "gorilla" or "bulldozer" secretly. I can imagine what kind of person he is.

I got to feel like that I should quit the work here soon, go to Tokyo and find a new job in order to study at a university again, if possible...
